Design and populate a structured, easy-to-read spreadsheet that logs past and future community outreach events, along with key metrics and outcomes.
Spreadsheet Requirements:
The tracker should include the following columns:

Organizing Team
Attendee Count
Engagement Outcomes (e.g., key takeaways, feedback received, follow-up actions)
Optional but preferred:
Add filters or drop-down lists for easy sorting (e.g., by team or location)
Use formatting to differentiate past vs. upcoming events
Data Entry Instructions:
Input data based on records we’ll provide (event summaries, attendance logs, and staff notes)
Maintain consistent formatting and spelling, especially for names and locations
Highlight any missing or unclear data
Ensure numbers (attendee count) are entered accurately and formatted properly
File Format:
Deliverable should be in Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets
Should be easy to update and expand as future events are added

A brief note summarizing any incomplete data or questions for clarification
Timeline:
